About Us

We have been on our way to providing fresh dog food for a long time. Coming from a passion in holistic science and nutrition, it has always been important to us to understand what's really in our food. We have personally suffered with food intolerances and understand the deep impact health gut has on our health, mood and cognition.

When we brought our first of many pups home, we asked the same questions for our dogs. What we found scared us immensely: misinformation about what dogs actually need in their diets. commercial diets that are making our dogs sick and an education system that perpetuates these issues.

Together we have experienced fussy eaters, hyper-sensitive digestion, gut dysbiosis and leaky gut, supported sick dogs get healthy again and helped balance mood and behavioural issues.

The recipe is simple: feeding dogs the way they would naturally eat, rather dry kibble full of grains, fillers and preservatives.

And it has to be as simple as possible, as the information out there can be overwhelming. You just want to know you're giving them the best and what they need.

Our products and CDK9 Raw mixes have been hand picked and combined by our in-house canine nutritionist. We use leading animal nutrition and scientific research to give you the best.

We use human grade, Australian-sourced ingredients and vacuum seal them to preserve freshness.

Many fresh pet food companies focus on pet grade [cue: ‘end of life’] meats, which include floor scraps, and diseased and dying animals.

We source ethically farmed, human-grade meats and organs, including pasture-raised animals for inclusion in our CDK9 Raw mixes. Maintaining the integrity and freshness of raw meat is just as important for them as it is for us - so we make sure all you have to do is take it out of the fridge and serve.
